• All effort is made to ship your items out within 3 days.
• UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked.
• Canada/America orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Note that you are liable for any customs charges that may be incurred.
• Please allow for up to 7 working days for delivery following the dispatch of your order for UK and 4 weeks for Canada/America.
• Unfortunately I am currently unable to ship physical goods to Europe. However, you can still purchase any digital or downloadable content.

Returns

• If for whatever reason you wish to return your order you can do so at any time up to 14 days after the day you receive your goods.
• Please do take care of your items and send them back tracked at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective).
• I have a no quibble approach to returns so if you are not happy just let me know.

Repairs

• In the unlikely event that your jewellery order from me breaks, please let me know and I will endeavour to repair it for you.
• Cost of postage of the item back to me should be covered by you (tracked please). But the repair and return will not cost you anything.
